Yuzu Sour
Ingredients:
1 oz. Tequila Don Julio Añejo
1/3 oz. Citrus Liqueur
1/2 oz. Egg White
1/3 oz. Fresh Yuzu Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Orange Peel for Garnish
Directions: Combine Tequila Don Julio Añejo, citrus liqueur, egg white, fresh yuzu juice and simple syrup in a strainer with a spring. Shake for several minutes. Remove spring and add ice. Shake for another 30 seconds. Strain contents into short glass. Garnish with orange peel.
